Our products are hand crafted, so slight variances between materials and finish are to be expected. The colours you see on our site will vary from what you see in person due to limitations of browser software and differences in device screens.


We use sustainably sourced, environmentally friendly and recycled materials where possible.

When shipping with crates, our supplier uses sustainably sourced timber that is heat treated for shipping purposes.

These artworks can be fragile, especially in the hands of couriers, so we package to a certain standard that can result in fluctuating delivery costs.

For example, if we are to dispatch one of our heavier items, it will need to be put in a crate for optimum protection. If we are shipping one of our heavier items internationally, they need to be packed to a standard set out by exporters.


Unless otherwise stated, all items are made-to-order. Goods are normally dispatched within 2-3 weeks once created. If we are unable to despatch your order within that time, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date.



All UK Mainland orders that do not need custom-built crate arrangements have standard shipping rates applied. For locations outside of the UK Mainland, bespoke arrangements will need to be made.

We can offer a same day courier service to most areas of the UK. If this is something you’re interested in, then please let us know your delivery information and we can get a quote over to you.

There is an option to pick up from us if you’re nearby – free of charge.

We do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays in our delivery times.


All orders shipped to a destination outside of the UK are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.


Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information. Tracking information is available within your account. We cannot guarantee the tracking information on international orders after they leave the UK.


All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We request that you check with any person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing.


Any comments entered during the time of order will be printed on to the shipping label. These notes will be passed to the delivery driver, but we can offer no guarantee that they will be followed at the time of delivery.


Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order. Our system is capable of retaining multiple addresses; although it will always select the default address for both shipping and billing. You will have the option of entering a new address or selecting one that has been previously entered during the checkout process. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order.

It is your responsibility to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order.


In the event that a package is detained or refused at time of import by the country’s Customs Agency for any reason, we will credit a full refund of the order less the total shipping charges including any return charges. This refund is processed when the order is received to us.

If an order/package is refused and sent back to us with outstanding charges incurred during delivery, we will apply all charges to the purchaser’s account and deduct the charges directly from the credited amount due to you for the return upon receipt of the returned package.


The price shown for the goods does not include postage and packing. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the UK Mainland.

Please be aware that Customs Duties and Import Taxes will vary from country to country and you, as the buyer, are responsible for these charges as they are not included in the shipping costs.

If there is a fault with the item, please provide us with a photograph to show us the problem. Once we’ve received this and any other details you can provide, we will be in touch with individual advice on returns, exchanges or refunds.

For cancellations, please inform us within 3 days of your online order.


All confidential information, including credit card details, is held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details may be held with third parties, like PayPal, but are used only to fulfil your order and in accordance with GDPR.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.


The Sales Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.


None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
